Well, fellow Floridians: we did it. We rode out the storm. I truly hope that you’re all safe and didn’t have too much damage. If you did, that’s awful, but the important thing is that you’re still here. As the Governor said (repeatedly), “you can replace your home. You can’t replace your life.” Be grateful that you survived! And now we can all begin the long road to recovery. On a slightly more cheerful note, the official end of summer is nigh. We’ll soon say goodbye or good riddance to another hurricane season. To give the season a proper sendoff, I recently whipped up a lovely lemon tree skirt for my Etsy shop.
Of course, the skirt includes pockets. And it’s available in custom sizes!
Pair It With…
Although the print speaks for itself, a statement sleeve or ruffled neckline would complement it quite nicely.
You can never go wrong with the classics: flat sandals could be an option for a casual daytime look, or a pair of basic black pumps for a dressier vibe.
Fall is on the horizon, but this skirt can transition nicely with a neutral sweater and tights if the weather calls for it. Are lemons in season in the Fall? I have no clue, but they’re always in season with this adorable print!
What’s your favorite fruit print? I’m leaning toward lemons now!
